As part of the Snow-White City concept of integrated lighting decoration of Krasnoyarsk, decorative lighting design of the traffic area of streets and squares in the city center, as well as decorative lighting design of pedestrian areas was proposed.
Decoration of urban lighting posts is one of the traditional types of decorative design. A number of elements has been developed for Krasnoyarsk – elegant light tree branches on lighting poles and
independent stand-alone light lamps and trees.
For pedestrian areas, the concept provides for decorative arched lighting structures of the original design and light tunnels. Snow-White City is the first eco-themed project of decorative light design for urban areas not only in Russia but also in the world.
