In 2018, the "Kind Moscow. Flower Jam" festival was held as part of Moscow Seasons and also coincided with celebrating the Moscow City Day. The City Day celebration, which was usually concentrated in the capital center, was also carried over to its districts in 2018 1,500 festival venues located in all districts appeared in Moscow.
Some architectural and planning solutions for the development of each festival venue were designed as part of the concept for a complex venue decoration. Also, designers developed a number of decorative elements for building sites: thematic photo zones, art objects, universal urban furniture, and recreation areas.
