On September 7 and 8, 2019, the Flower Jam festival unfolded for the second year in a row at 1,500 venues throughout Moscow as part of the Moscow Seasons cycle. Every city district and territory was decorated not only with bright blooming gardens, but also with some environmental design elements – art objects, urban furniture, and photo zones. In 2019, the appearance of the venues was complemented with traditional festive decorations – flag structures that adorned the entrance groups. Featuring the festival's signature colors, these decorative elements not only attracted attention to the site, but also created a unique festive atmosphere, which city residents usually associate with flag decoration.
