The peculiarity of the courtyard space of the residential complex "Kutuzovskaya Riviera" is characterized by differences in the terrain, the tightness of the territory (1.63 hectares), which houses four 30-storey buildings, a kindergarten and a children's sports and playground.
The basis of the composition of the site was an artificial mountain river, which has no analogues in its scale and technical characteristics within the city limits (in Moscow). The upper part of the river channel originates in a picturesque man-made grotto and flows in two branches along natural ground. There is also a walking green area, a rockery, a gazebo, stone and wooden bridges. The lower channel has a shallow depth with a slow flow of water and various special effects: gushing geysers and overflows. The river ends with a powerful 4-meter waterfall.
