The concept of festive decoration of the territories of the city of Birobidzhan, which is the heart of the Jewish Autonomous Region, was developed on the basis of an analysis of world experience, taking into account the architectural and structural features of urban areas, historical town-planning dominants and Far Eastern climatic conditions. The concept proposes development in three directions: traditional design techniques, new technologies, new territories. Separate techniques and design tools have been developed for various urban spaces and architectural objects of different significance.
The main task of the design is to create a single visual image of the holiday throughout the city, as well as to contribute to the creation of a joyful atmosphere for residents and guests, to make the city beautiful and modern. Thanks to the modern design, every citizen will feel their involvement in the holiday, which is fundamentally important for improving the comfort and quality of life in 2020
